“It has been over a half year since you installed my Lennox furnace. I have waited these several months to be sure that the unit has operated as stated. It has! I was impressed by the quality of the installation and customer concern. Rich and Tom worked like a very well-coordinated team. The unit appears “art like” in the garage. What little alteration of my home was done with utmost care and kept very clean. Twice I have had to have some coaching on how to use the Honeywell thermostat. The first time, some considerate counseling over the phone by Robin solved the problem. On this past Sunday I encountered another problem and phoned Rich, as he welcomed me to do, however this time a visit was necessary. In changing over the system from Daylight Savings Time, I had touched the wrong key and placed the unit in “cool”. Rich, over the phone could not conceive of such aberration. However, at my home he could instantaneously rectify the situation. I am grateful for his taking time out of his Sunday to help me out.
